Overview
In this project, we worked on enhancing an automotive infotainment system as part of an international study on user experience and trust. We conducted user research and carried out UX evaluations using a method triangulation approach that combined both qualitative and quantitative methods. We defined interaction concepts and developed UI designs while adhering to different design guidelines.
